What is your role with Flourish?

I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. I also work closely with our clients, designers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all project goals are met and the final results were executed as envisioned.

What is beauty to you?

I love natural beauty, luckily living in the PNW we are surrounded by it for inspiration. Incorporating outdoor spaces with your home can be very calming and nourishing to your family and friends. Using natural materials in combination with light, colors and textures makes me happy.

What do you enjoy most about working at Flourish?

I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with such authentic and talented individuals. Each person brings their unique skills and perspectives to the team, and I am constantly impressed by their dedication and hard work.

Being able to collaborate and learn from such talented individuals has been a truly rewarding experience, and I am grateful for the opportunity to grow and develop alongside them.

I am confident that our team has the skills and capabilities to take on any challenge and achieve great success. I am proud to be a part of this team, and I am excited to see what we can accomplish together.

Flourish has been the best work environment I have ever been in. Our team is family to me. We work with amazing chemistry and we are always there for each other while also pushing one another to our highest potential.

Works directly with clients to showcase the unique features of our management company and how to use those features to increase ROI.

What is beauty to you?

Beauty is dynamic–hard to define, life-changing when experienced. It is both connection and belonging, sacred and good. To me, beauty is my niece's laughter, my dog's wagging tail, and friends around a dinner table. It is also the right shade of paint, a good book, a well-designed piece of furniture, and the perfect cup of coffee. Beauty is all the spaces and experiences that make life rich and meaningful.

What do you enjoy most about working at Flourish?

Beauty often feels like a goose chase, something wild and free. I love creating beautiful spaces with people, who knowing the power beauty holds for goodness, desire to make it tangible for others.

Something that sinks a hook into your heart and pulls you out from under your composure, it's compelling!

What is your role with Flourish?

I am an executive assistant and project manager. I help with day-to-day operations and website design/construction. I help create systems to ensure that projects flourish.

What is beauty to you:

It's often said that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder," which to some extent is true. However, I believe there's an objective beauty in creation -- one that words cannot do justice to. I believe beauty creates wonder and curiosity, and reminds us of our purpose here on earth. Aesthetically speaking, I find some of the simplest things to be the most beautiful. A handcrafted wood table. Steam rising from a hot cup of coffee. In our stimuli-driven world, it's refreshing to distill everything down to its intrinsic, non-puffed-up beauty.

What do you enjoy most about working at Flourish?

The people make the place, as the saying goes, and these people certainly make it a delight to come to work every day. They are some of the most down-to-earth people I've ever met, and I relish the chance to constantly learn from them.
